Lions, Tigers and SHEEP oh my!
Hi this is Erin; Eric was generous enough to allow me to write an entry on his well sought after blog partly because he felt I could sum up this picture with much enthusiasm. This is a photo of a man’s home who lives on our street. The first time I drove by and saw his life size horses made of what seems to be glass or a really good paint job over plastic (which is my friend Alex’s guess, an expert in equestrian products) I almost crashed the car. The sightings for these horses in the lawn are rare; I have only seen them three times this summer. There is a more permanent seasonal filly in the back yard warming up for some sort of event, she is always visible. So the other reason I am posting this message is to tell you about a new addition to the farm….. Sheep, yes while I was working one day Eric phoned me to tell me about the new animals. I begged him to get a picture for me and voila….. now everyone can enjoy this agricultural wonder of Alfred Street!! (CLICK ON PICTURE FOR A LARGER VIEW)

I have had the good fortunre to drive by and see these lovely farm animals out on this mans front lawn...mind you...i almost upset my car b/c I thought they were bloody real!!!!!!! They truly are a must see and Eric and yourself should ring everyone to let us know to swing by when they are out. It is such a rare occasion that these animals make it to the front yard.
THOUGHT: I wonder if they will be out in the snow...I expect the man who ownes them wont' be dangling christmas lights around their necks....
A must see to those of you that haven't!!!!

Note: this was NOT written by a two year old...Cheers :)
I too have had the rare good fortune to see the lovely stallions in the front lawn, and within my first week in Kingston. I should have bought a lottery ticket that day -- I mean ones chances to win the lottery are pretty higher than seeing the horses!
However, I have not see the sheep....maybe my luck will prevail...here's hoping!
This house is in Kingscourt, right?
