74 Nelson Street
Holy moly! It's been seven days since I bought my second rental property at 74 Nelson Street. I've been working like a dog, so has my friend Joe and so has Erin in helping to get it ready for students to move in this week! Yikes! Electrical, plumbing, garbage cleanup, gutter repairs, painting, ventilation, etc. But it's going to be awesome!!! This beauty is going to be worth a lot of money when I retire ;-) Pics to follow.

McGill-cartoon
Erin and I were at McGill for the day.... way back on the 23rd of May and I snapped this picture of a cartoon drawn on the side of a limestone building. It should have a caption: McGill University - Institute of Higher Education. HAHAHA!
Dragonfly at the Cottage
My boss was nice enough to lend me his Sigma 120-500mm lens. I spent the day at the cottage giving it a work out and trying to see what it could do. Here's a cool pic of a dragonfly on a tree branch in silhouette. Neat.
Siobhan Photo Shoot
Siobhan is 9 months pregnant. In fact she's due any day now! YEAH!!!! To celebrate the coming of their baby, both she and Cory wanted some photos to remeber the moment by. So we met twice and here are a sampling of some of the best shots. I think they looks classy in black and white too.

Sailing on the Lake!
We had a really fun day sailing on Lake Ontario with Scott on Thursday. Alex, Jen, Michelle, Erin and I joined Scott on his 24' Shark sailboat. The wind was wild so we were leaning over pretty good in the morning out to Milton Island. I was scared crapless too! It's only my second time on a sailboat and the first one was 30' long and a calm day. So this was a first for me! Scott assured me that the sharks are un-tippable unless the waves are 5 feet high!
So, once on Milton Island (which is a Provincial campground beleive it or not) we spent a few hours swimming, eating and generally having fun in the sun. The sail back to town turned out to be more of a motor boat ride as the white caps on the lake were getting pretty high and the boat was going up and down like crazy as we rode the waves. So we took out time and let the 5 hp motor get us home. YEAH!
Erin went to bed at 7pm and slept 11 hours! What a tired girl (*haha*)

Michelle's New Puppy
As promissed here are some pictures of the new pet additions. First is Michelle's new puppy dog. We call her "Flo" but she's really not offcially named yet. She had fun at Lemoine Point with jack and Winston and here's a picture of her posing on the picnic table. Super cute!
Jen+Alex+Kitten=FUN!
Hot off the presses! Here's a picture of Jen and Alex's new baby girl. She's super duper cute. Dontcha think? ;-) She doesn't have a name yet I don't think. Once it's finalized Jen will post it here as a comment I'm sure (*smile*)
